We have had the pleasure to be a part of a few residential projects that were new construction homes and also home remodels with staging. For the new construction projects, we like to assist with overall layout and floorpans, materials as well as FF&E and bedding. During the construction process, we always make it a priority to guide contractors and builders with specific detail on tile, flooring, and decorative elements to ensure the design is precise.

When we are overseeing remodels, we find a passion like no other. Preserving the architecture and character is key. The most important elements are to maximize space, enhance lighting, and allow the space to be extremely functional. When it comes to aesthetic , we aim to design with a timeless mindset and chose materials that are durable and last a lifetime.
